Open Door Policy
At Mini-Skool we have an open-door policy.
We believe in strong levels of family participation as part of our childcare environment.
Our Open Door policy encourages families to interact with Mini-Skool on a day-to-day basis at times that best suits their needs.
Our service can be accessed at any time.
Please come to see how we can help your child develop, grow and learn.
Entry by you at any time demonstrates that we are completely open and transparent.
Never leave your child in a childcare centre unless you are 100% confident that they will be provided for.
Don’t hesitate to ask questions.
Our service is one that we are proud of.
Our educators are qualified, trained, experienced and talented.
Rather than take our work for it…
See for yourself! Your input is always greatly appreciated.
Can parents come and visit?
Parents, family and caregivers are welcome at any time. There are many ways that you can interact and be part of the learning environment. Please see your child’s educator for information as to how you might play a part and how we might fit that in around your availability and commitments.
We love to hear your feedback. Input from families is part of the standards set by the ACECQA.
Relationships are the cornerstone of the Mini-Skool philosophy. Each educator has a trusting, caring and nurturing relationship with each and every child. Our Mini-Skool childcare educators are dedicated to all of their families and each day relationships are built upon.
All families have the opportunity to be included, participate in and be involved in the programming of the service as well as any upcoming events, menu planning or policy review.
